Erasmus Mundus is a cooperation and mobility programme in the field of higher education that aims to enhance the quality of European higher education and to promote dialogue and understanding between people and cultures through cooperation with Third-Countries. In addition, it contributes to the development of human resources and the international cooperation capacity of Higher education institutions in Third Countries by increasing mobility between the European Union and these countries.

URP-SP student participate Jenesys Exchange Program in 2014. The Jenesys Programme (Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths) is a project advanced by the Japanese government from the standpoint of providing a sound foundation for strong solidarity within Asia through large-scale youth exchange. Japanese government will invite and accomodate international students to visit Japanese universities, research centers, historical areas, and others. For a five-year period since 2007, we are carrying out exchange programmes aimed at promoting mutual understanding and friendly relations. read more

Hasil riset PBB yang dirilis tahun 2013 mengungkapkan bahwa kota – kota di dunia telah mengonsumsi 75% sumber daya alam, dan pada tahun 2050 diprediksi bahwa 70% penduduk di dunia akan tinggal di perkotaan. Tingginya jumlah penduduk dan semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan sering kali tidak sebanding dengan daya tampung dan daya dukung kota, sehingga mengakibatkan permasalahan seperti kemiskinan, pengangguran, banjir, kemacetan, minimnya RTH dan berbagai permasalahan multi-dimensional lainnya.
Dengan mengusung tema “Smart Plan from Future Generation”, Panitia Festival Kota Gadjah Mada (Festagama) 2015 Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota Universitas Gadjah Mada mengundang seluruh siswa SMA-sederajat seluruh Indonesia untuk beradu wawasan dan mengembangkan ide serta inovasi seputar perencanaan kota yang “cerdas” dan “berkelanjutan”. read more
