TKP 3601 Planning Studio: Regional Planning (5 credits)
This course will provide the students the ability to: Formulate the concept of regional development plan; To formulate the vision and indicators of regional development in quantitative and qualitative terms; Formulate the concept, strategy, and idea of regional development program; Formulating Spatial Use Plan and Space Structure; Formulate sector development plans; Formulate strategic area development plans; Formulate program indication as landing space utilization.

- Able to formulate regional development concepts
- Able to create regional spatial development plans
- Able to solve regional development problems through individual pilot projects
- Able to perform effective team work
- Able to effectively facilitate stakeholders ideas into planning process

TKP 3602 Internship (3 credits)
This course facilitates students to experience the professional practice of planning (including processes, methods, and/or techniques). This course also encourages students to understand the reality of urban & regional planning or management problems. Students hopefully take a lesson learned through comparing, matching, and relating the reality of planning problems with theories and concepts learned before.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Able to manage their role in their internship workplace related to the scope of work in urban and regional development
- Able to discuss challenges, problems, and significant prospects related to the scope of work in urban and regional development
- Able to internalize professional values.

TKP 3603 Decision Support System in Planning (2 credits)
Pemahaman terhadap cara kerja dan komponen sistem pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan wilayah dan kota, terutama terkait sistem informasi pendukung pengambilan keputusan. Kebijakan publik diambil berdasarkan informasi yang baik, benar dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

- Able to explain principles of effective DSS (Decision Support System) for urban and regional planning
- Able to examine existing DSS for urban and regional planning
- Able to develop innovative ideas for DSS for urban and regional planning

TKP 3604 Plan Monitoring and Evaluation (2 credits)
This course will provide the students the ability to understand and capable to design as well as implement monitoring and valuation methods for
development plan and spatial plan. The course will have 2 invited speakers sessions from local government and NGO. Exercise through
assignments will ask students to take real case studies.

- Able to discuss roles, principles, and approaches of monitoring and evaluation for local development and spatial plan
- Able to design monitoring and evaluation framework for local development and spatial plan
- Able to implement monitoring and evaluation framework for local development and spatial plan.

Kemampuan menggunakan metode penelitian untuk menyusun tugas akhir/skripsi perencanaan: filsafat ilmu, etika keilmuan, bahasa ilmiah,
metoda berpikir ilmiah, tata tulis, teknik kajian pustaka dan membaca cepat, teknik kutipan dan daftar pustaka, metode pengambilan
kesimpulan, serta penyusunan ringkasan dan abstrak.
